Vinted appoints Maurizio D’Arrigo as CFO

Vinted, Europe's leading online C2C marketplace dedicated to second-hand fashion, has appointed Maurizio D’Arrigo as CFO.

Maurizio brings significant experience in e-commerce and marketplace environments. Having started his career at Accenture, Maurizio subsequently spent almost 20 years in diverse roles at Ebay, including as CFO UK, CFO Europe, and CFO, Global Markets. Most recently in 2024, he led Ebay’s UK business.

Maurizio said: “Vinted is an exciting company, at the forefront of a newly-emerging sector. I have been impressed by its strong team, its rigorous focus on developing financial strength, and on its dedication to create great product solutions to enable consumption which has a lower impact on the climate. I’m thrilled to be joining at such a pivotal time for the company, and the wider sector.”

Maurizio replaces Vaidas Urba, who stepped down from Vinted in 2023 for personal reasons after almost a decade with Vinted.
